Field Service Engineer and Associate Engineer

Job Descriptions ;
1) On-site semiconductor equipment installation, commission & technical support.
2) Resolve technical issues on equipment, process, software.
3) Understanding of the Etch / Clean / Deposition hardware is an advantage.
4) Perform installation / de-installation from layout to commission.
5) Coordinate logistics arrangement.
6) Ensure good Environment Health Safety (EHS) compliance.
7) Preparation of technical issue report.
8) Able to work in Cleanroom environment.
9) Willing to support short term, overseas assignment
10) Minimum 2 years working experience in the field of Equipment maintenance. Preferably with experience in Semiconductor Industry with technical hands-on experiences.
Requirements ;
1) Should be self-motivated, self-starter, eager to learn and good team player. Ability to work under pressure.
2) Dynamic and committed with proactive working attitude ( good initiatives, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills ).
3) Possess production hands-on experience / strong capability in equipment troubleshooting, engineering methods for equipment controls.
4) Strong knowledge of project management skills.
5) Product training will be provided.
6) Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/Semiconductor or its equivalent for Field Service Engineer position.
7) Minimum ITE/NTC in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics or relevant engineering field for Associate Engineer position.
