Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for developing key Indonesian market partnerships, including leading partners in market industry like Consumer Market, Retail etc.
- Develop strong relationships/partnership with key decision makers to understand the partner business strategies and needs, and deliver against business targets for Whale products/services.
- Works with partners to drive GTM coverages by products, solutions, customer segmentation, and key verticals.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders across the business unit to ensure project quality and identification of follow-up business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree is required, proficiency in the Indonesian language is a must.
- Preference will be given to those familiar with the Indonesian market and with experience in developing the Indonesian market.
- 3+ years of experience in Partnership Development, Partner Programs Execution, Partner SI/Reseller Business Management are key.
- Solid understanding of how enterprise sales process, sales operations, sales behaviors, sales incentive strategies, and sales compensation models operates is key.
- Past Partnership Alliances Management, Partner Enablement, Marketing, Business Development, and/or Product Management experiences are a plus.

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
