**The Role**

Syfe is on the hunt for a Brand Strategy Lead who desires to be part of a rapidly growing organisation that prides itself on innovation and a strong culture of ownership.

The Brand Strategist will set a legacy in shaping the direction and execution of the Syfe brand as we expand our presence in markets across Asia-Pacific and enlarge our product suite. This is an opportunity to work on the foundational building blocks for the brand as it grows its reputation and reaches out to larger audiences across the region. You will play an instrumental role in rewiring and reimagining how Syfe communicates to its target audience in today’s context.

A key responsibility for the brand strategist is to work with data to gather, synthesize and articulate important insights which will inform how we develop and execute brand communications with precision, in support of Syfe’s commercial goals. You will be working with the creative talent in the team and our partners, to cultivate the best creative work that Syfe can deliver, in order to cut through the clutter in the marketplace.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop insightful, data-backed creative briefs that inspire the best, most creative work
- Lead the way in transforming the way we communicate to today and in the future
- Build rapport with stakeholders internal and external to gather the data you need
- Craft our differentiation strategy and keep it relevant for the audiences of tomorrow
- Create and safeguard guidelines that define our company’s voice both online and offline
- Design brand level and promotional campaigns for new products and markets
- Develop and maintain our social media strategy
- Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
**Qualifications**
- You have a keen understanding, and deep experience in brand communications
- You have worked on a wide range of brands and created market-leading campaigns and work that achieved positive results
- You are creative and aren’t afraid to innovate and be different
- You are able to simplify the most complex information, and distill it into a simple human truth
- You are willing to be challenged and react effectively to new information, opinions and direction
- You have a strong understanding of the full integrated marketing mix and is a digital native
- You have strong communication skills and are able to write, story tell and articulate your thoughts well
- You are able to work well with partners to deliver quality work

**Additional requirements**:

- Creative agency experienced preferred
- 7 - 10 years strategy experience
