- **Role Summary**:_

The role of Data Analyst is responsible to ensure the successful delivery of analytics and reporting initiatives. These initiatives include developing analytical solutions on big volumes of data to uncover insights and improve performance. This role will allow you to communicate your analytical findings with various stakeholders (Product, Development, Business) and make real-life impact to our users
- **What will your role be**:_
- Analyze, visualize, and generate insights by designing and implementing analytics and dashboarding solutions to support various business initiatives.
- Actively discover business growth points through data analysis, and provide decision-makers with feasible strategy recommendations.
- Design and develop Machine Learning models to solve business problems in Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Partner with Data Engineering team on data cleansing/processing and report automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and product teams to design and implement analytical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, or other related majors.
- Solid foundation in probability and statistics. Some understanding on Machine Learning and Deep Learning will be a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, ETL, and data visualization tools. Proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
- Basic understanding with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Kafka, Flink, Hive, etc.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of independence

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
