Oracle JAPAC HR Services team is looking for a JAPAC HR Services Manager, Reporting, Analytic and Systems based in Singapore reporting to the Director of JAPAC HR Services. This role will be responsible for operational functions around the “**hire to retire” lifecycle in JAPAC**.

**JOB SUMMARY**

This role will be a key member of the HR Services leadership team, developing and implementing world-class, transformative HR services, processes and systems. You will work with a high-energy, hard-working enthusiastic team of professionals passionate about customer experience, operational excellence, innovation and employee culture. You get to be on the cutting edge of HR processes and technology development, working with smart people who are geographically and culturally diverse. This is a high-visibility role with high-level executive exposure across Oracle.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Develop and drive strategic transformation plans to achieve world-class results
- Lead a team of reporting, analytics, systems analysts responsible for a diverse and expanding suite of services
- Responsible for developing strategies reports, dashboards, analytics solutions to meet the business/functional needs and overall strategic direction
- Foster teamwork, coach and provide effective feedback
- Guide your team to analyze and resolve complex, customer challenges
- Lead your team to identify reporting and analytic tools, system problem trends and guide them to implement innovative solutions
- Manage and optimize team operational performance, results and efficiencies
- Be a global or regional process owner across multiple specialized functional areas
- Be a functional stakeholder and will lead regional and global methods and best practices
- Developing executive analytics packages, presentations and updates
- Perform analysis of relevant HR data, identify trends and develop predictive analytics to support the business/functions
- Design and deliver HR reports and create standardized dashboard analytics
- Negotiate and build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Perform work across the organization to achieve strategic goals

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA, Access and SQL. Knowledge of Oracle HR Systems preferred.

- 8+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree required
