The HR Manager will work closely with the Director of Corporate Services and the HR team to roll out the different HR initiatives and interventions laid out in the 5-year HR strategy. This role is a critical member of the team that will make the HR transformation journey a success.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide oversight and guidance to HR team
- Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute the organization’s HR and talent strategy relating to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
- Work with the team to operationalise the HR Information System. This includes partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of the process and procedures.
- Drive upcoming HR organisational development project to fruition and incorporate the changes into current HR systems and processes
- Implement talent management strategies
- Coach and mentor leadership team

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of HR managerial experience in HR
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic thinker and analytical
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Facilitation skills
- Passion to work in a social service agency
- Team player and ability to work with staff at all levels
- Degree holder in any major
