Roles and Responsibilities
- Research, write and produce value-added reports for internal stakeholders.
- Research on both equities and the general market.
- Analyse and interpret the fundamentals of Hong Kong, US, and China public listed companies. (eg: financials, data, yield, stability and etc.)
- Use technical analysis to determine the current condition of the stock, derive sensible entry and exit points.
- Recommend when to buy or sell certain equity. Recommend what kind of equities to trade in.
- Keep closely updated with the latest developments of the relevant economies, sectors, and companies that you are in charge of.

Educational Requirements
- Degree and above preferred
- Professional certifications would be beneficial
- Entry-level may apply
- would be good to have own existing portfolio

Language Requirements
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowing how to speak and understand Mandarin would be a plus as our internal stakeholders are all Mandarin speaking

Character Requirements
- Able to work reasonably under stress at a fast pace
- Be meticulous
- Take initiative, be organized, and follow-up accordingly
- Have a heart to excel
- Able to take ownership of the tasks that were being assigned to you

Skills Requirements
- Proficient in equities market trading programs (IG Markets, CMC Markets, Tiger Brokers and etc.)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and
- Good communication and writing skills

Interview Process

If you are shortlisted, you will first go through a Zoom interview. If you pass the Zoom interview, you will need to go through a face-to-face interview

The company is a new startup in Singapore with more than 20 years of experience in trading equities out from our Hong Kong, China headquarters.
For the first year of operations, we are functioning as a research house for our internal stakeholders. This would subsequently grow to become something more substantial with the relevant MAS licensing requirements.
The company has got about 12 very intelligent staff, we are a small, but powerful team ready to make an impact in the financial world.
