**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are looking for a junior impact and ESG professional who is passionate about joining a dynamic, thriving, and growing organisation, for a contract role (1-year) as an Impact Analyst. In this role, you will be a member of the impact team and will be working in close collaboration with the investment team. As part of the impact team, you will be working on their day-to-day approach to impact and ESG due diligence and post-investment efforts.

**Title - Impact Analyst**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Manage or support the execution of impact and ESG-related analysis as part of the due diligence of our private equity fund. This can include site-based experience in a wide variety of sectors e.g., renewables, waste management, microfinance, healthcare etc.
- Undertake industry research, collect, and analyse data to measure environmental and social impact and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance monitoring and assessment of ESG and impact-related performance metrics related to portfolio management.
- Develop materials for our investment committee and investors to share impact due diligence conclusions and report impact and ESG-related performance.
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s ESG and impact management capabilities, including staying abreast of trends and relevant standards for sustainable development and impact investing
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support the successful implementation of the fund’s overall impact investing strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven relevant experience (at least 2-3 years) in impact evaluation (social and/or environmental) for corporates, investors, or non-profit organisations
- Relevant experience in ESG assessment, data, frameworks, reporting, and industry best practices
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills required
- Ability to interact with a range of stakeholders internally and externally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple timelines & priorities
- Intellectually curious with a strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and maturity
- SE Asian language fluency is a desirable, but not needed
