**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, managers, and end-users, to understand their needs and gather requirements for projects, systems, or processes.
- Conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed projects or changes.
- Analysing and modelling business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Gathering and analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Creating and maintaining documentation such as business cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Supporting the testing and implementation of new systems or processes.
- Assist in project planning and monitoring, defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. May also be involved in project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in the testing phase of system development, ensuring that the final product meets the specified requirements and performs as expected.
- Support organizational change initiatives by assessing the impact of proposed changes, developing strategies for successful implementation, and assisting in training and adoption efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-2 years experience in consultancy and/or analyst roles
- Business, Investment, Finance background
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and sense of numbers
- Good understanding and keen interest in tech, i.e. Web3 and AI preferred
- Experience in M&A or investment decisions preferred.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational, and critical thinking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Attention to detail and forward-thinking.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with deck building
- Fresh graduates are also welcome so long as they demonstrate a willingness to learn and some pre-requisite aptitude.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
