Welcomes and greets guests at various areas (golf reception, golf departure lounge, F&B outlets, event venues, hotel’s lobby etc.).
- Provides efficient service and carries on the high standard of performance set by Laguna Resort by performing with a courteous, friendly, and cheerful attitude.
- Pays attention to VIPs by focusing on arrival time, registration and welcome pack, etc.
- Welcomes VIPs guest at the main entrance and escorts to do in-room check-in.
- Stands by at lobby to bid farewell to all guests.
- Assists and always recommends guests to book resort restaurants and recreation facilities.
- Gives information to guests on our current promotions and encourages guests to use our services.
- Keeps tracking of “Guest Comment” and updates database in the guest profile.
- Be around at Front-of-House areas to observe guest comments, suggestions, or complaints and log in the Log Book. Immediately informs managers or supervisors if any follow-up is needed.
- Stands by to greet guests and give directions to function events and restaurants.
- Walk around the lobby and main entrances to observe cleanliness, beautification, setup, and the overall status of the area, make an adjustment, and informs the concerned department if follow is needed.
- Assumes other duties assigned by the manager.
