Job Title: Service Ambassador

We are seeking a Service Ambassador to join our team at VivoCity. As a Service Ambassador, you will be the face of our mall, providing top-notch customer service to shoppers and ensuring their experience is nothing short of excellent.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide information and directions to shoppers, assisting them in finding what they need
* Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Assist with loyalty programs, mall redemption programs, and sales of VivoCity eVouchers
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment

**Requirements:**

* Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification
* At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail or hospitality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on a 6-day week, including weekends and public holidays
