Job Title: Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Ambassador to assist our customers in their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service and support to customers at our showroom, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Pack orders efficiently and conduct quality checks of clothing and stock count to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support logistical tasks such as unpacking cargo shipment, processing exchanges and returns, and assisting with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Support livestreams and other events as required, providing assistance and helping to drive sales.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in fashion and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • An independent, driven, and sociable personality, able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to customer queries.
