A highly experienced and versatile marine professional with many years of global expertise in the luxury yachting sector.

Skilled in navigation, yacht management, technical repair and maintenance, and business development. Demonstrates a strong track record in both sea-based and shore-based roles, including Captain, Business Develpoment and/or Marine Service Manager positions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee all operational aspects of private and/or charter yachts.
- Manage yacht maintenance, refit projects, and technical service operations.
- Navigate vessels safely and efficiently, maintaining compliance with international maritime regulations.
- Ability to lead a team when required to relocate yachts between Singapore, Asia, Europe, and other regions.
- Supervise and train crew members, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
- Coordinate with owners, charter clients, and shore-based teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Provide expert technical advice on yacht systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Plan and execute yacht deliveries across international waters.
- Assist in managing budgets, project timelines, and operational logistics.
- Handling shore-based marine operations, offering consultancy on technical and managerial matters.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Registered Captain and/or Seaman
- RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercially Endorsed)
- GMDSS GOC certification
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
