The SingHealth Future Workforce Unit is charged with conducting wide-ranging horizon-scanning and analysis of emerging trends impacting healthcare delivery so as to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness of work processes and skillsets. The Future Workforce Unit also seeks to guide the adaptive transformation of our workforce to continue to deliver consistently high quality care that is appropriate and accessible to our patients.
- You will perform horizon scanning and research on healthcare workforce trends. You will compile data and research information for analysis and generate findings on workforce trends; and thereafter support the communication of such analysis to key SingHealth stakeholders to develop action plans to effect the required workforce transformation. You will maintain and update workforce information as well as support the preparation of reports on workforce trends, projections and skills requirements.
- You will also coordinate preparation of bi-annual presentation updates to leadership and stakeholders. You will perform general administration and coordination work for the unit’s functions and activities. These include reviewing work processes to streamline them and providing support in the planning and organisation of meetings with stakeholders. You will coordinate the annual surveys on the unit’s effectiveness.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in and familiarity with local healthcare system would be an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office. Proficiency with Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Good team player who is meticulous, organised and responsible
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse group of stakeholders
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
