You will be responsible for contributing to the overall growth strategy across digital and retail touchpoints for the Singapore and International sites. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand in our focus markets by leveraging CRM and our loyalty program as main levers. In this role, you will have direct interactions with our Senior Leadership and Executive Team, you will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

**Main responsibilities**
- Be the proud owner and champion of our CRM engine & the LBCommunity+ Loyalty program
- Lead a team of 1-3 executives to drive customer activation, retention and new monetization opportunities
- Strategise with the broader Growth team, Analytics, Brand Campaigns Pillar and Product team to drive member sign-ups, conversions and improve customer lifetime value (CLTV)
- Actively strategize and plan new initiatives with data and analysis of user behaviour to create segmented campaigns with relevant content, and improve on them with regular and focused testing
- Strategize and work closely with various stakeholders to execute Mega Campaigns and ensure seamless execution and customer experience to drive loyalty
- Understand product lines and LBCo+ offerings inside out and leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers
- Own achievement and improvement of main growth and loyalty metrics including:
- Active Customers
- Retention
- CLTV
- Loyalty sign-ups & tier upgrades
- Loyalty program & CRM initiatives ROI
- Drive growth initiatives from planning to execution for SG and International Market segments (SEA, North Asia and Asia Diasporas)
- Present and share learnings from growth initiatives an an on-going basis with the broader organization to ensure best practices and learnings are implemented across the company
- Manage third-party platforms, vendor relationships and evaluate new internal tools and third party systems that could drive new optimizations and growth opportunities
- Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of relevant work experience with loyalty programs and CRM campaign management
- Experience working in a fast growing consumer company, with an interest in e-commerce and fashion
- Experience scaling customer acquisition, retention and driving CLTV while managing budget constraints
- Experience defining, executing, and iterating a growth strategy
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team
- Proficient in Excel
- Comfortable working with data & experience with SQL and data analytics tools
- Track record of strong stakeholder engagement and management experience
- Strategic and able to communicate CRM & Loyalty vision to all levels of management
- Proactive and ready to jump in hands-on when required
