Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project managers and team members. - Stakeholder Management: Partner with the Trust and Safety leadership team as a thought leader to proactively identify strategic opportunities for the department, align projects with organizational goals, and provide wide-ranging support and assistance. Serve as liaison between staff and senior leaders to achieve consensus regarding company culture, employee wellbeing, and business planning. - PMO Strategy & Governance: Define, implement, and continuously optimize the T&S Group PMO strategy, encompassing governance frameworks, best-practice methodologies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring tight alignment with Trust & Safety objectives and the evolving regulatory landscape.
