**Job descriptions**:

- Manage and handle customer's enquiries from ecommerce platform and online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee etc)
- Assist in all aspects from order processing, delivery and return or exchanges from customers order across the ecommerce and online platform
- Ensure that stock level are sufficient to meet demand. Analyse stock performance and propose strategy
- Verify daily outlet transactions in POS WESS system
- Assist to resolve operations issues, implement improvement, and action plan to ensure operations are established and implemented properly

**Requirements**:

- Min 2-3 years of relevant experience in beauty or wellness industry
- Familiar with POS WESS system an added advantage
