Part-Time Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time ecommerce operations specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Operations: Responsible for performing general office administrative work, updating ecommerce online products, and updating stocks number in excel spreadsheet.
  • Scheduling and Logistics: Scheduling drivers for delivery and messaging customers and suppliers.
  • Inventory Management: Picking, checking, packing, and labeling goods. Organising products to ensure it is accessible and easy to find.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel or Google Spreadsheet.
  • Communication Skills: Able to read and write in English.
  • Timely Delivery: Able to work for long term (9am to 12pm, Mon to Fri).
