Job Opportunity: Ecommerce Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Assistant. As a key member of our ecommerce department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Able to use computer software to efficiently handle order fulfillment tasks.
  • Perform labeling, picking, packing, and sorting of products with high accuracy.
  • Conduct stocktaking activities to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
  • Provide professional assistance and support within the ecommerce department.
  • Update and maintain ecommerce platform listings, including product information and descriptions.
  • Develop and implement ecommerce marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Handle customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
