**What you can expect**

The role sits within the APAC Global Markets Operations Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (APAC GMO NFRR) team and reports to the Head of APAC GMO NFRR. The team drives the NFRR program for Global Markets Operations in APAC in ensuring reports are delivered to regulatory third parties by a law, rule or regulation, and manages all governance and controls around NFRR from a people, system, change and risk perspective.

**What you will do**

Data Management
- Develop and implement data collection and management strategies to ensure accurate and reliable metrics reporting process
- Establish data governance practices and controls to maintain data integrity, consistency, and completeness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data sources, define data requirements, and ensure data availability for reporting purposes

Inventory Management

Work with report preparers, NTCO and NFRR center to ensure modifications to inventory are completed timely and accurately

Metrics Analysis
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to analyze the metrics and data and derive meaningful insights
- Identify trends and patterns in the data to support decision making and risk assessment processes
- Prepare comprehensive dashboards, presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including NFRR centre, NTCO, report preparers, Technology to ensure alignment on data requirements and reporting processes

Continuous Improvement
- Continuously evaluate the metrics reporting process and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency enhancements and risk mitigation
- Lead or participate in initiatives to streamline data collection, analysis and reporting processes
- Implement data visualization techniques to enhance the presentation and accessibility of metrics information
