Lico Resources is partnering a leading financial institution, seeking a talented VP Investor Relationship Specialist to join their team. **Why this role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, including asset managers, pension funds, and hedge funds.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Business Development and Group Strategy teams to develop and implement targeted investor relations strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and investor preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead presentations, conference calls, and meetings with investors to showcase our company's performance, products, and offerings.
- Monitor and evaluate investor feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance investor satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with investors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide valuable insights.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Experience working closely with Group Business Development and Group Strategy teams is highly desirable.
