**Description**:

- Take charge of all coordination works of civil, structural, architectural and SWC's.
- Manage project coordination/interface relating to civil/structural, architectural & M&E.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with teams to establish project scopes, budgets, and schedules, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an Interface Management Plan to document processes and responsibilities.
- Facilitate clash resolution and ensure all interface issues are address.
- Ensure that all interfaces designs aligned with project requirements and codes; related infrastructure, from conceptualization to construction.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and consultants in solving technical and detailing issues.
- Manage the design deliverables throughout the construction lifecycle and represent the team in project meetings to present designs and coordinate efforts with consultants and contractors as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 to 20 years of engineering experience of which at least 8 years of managing the project construction interfaces managing Civil & Structural, Architectural and/or M&E Building services works for projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Strong project management skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Experienced in managing design and stakeholders approval process, as well as BCA TFP/TOP processes.
- An adaptable individual who excels under pressure and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
