Job Title: Interface Coordination Specialist

As an Interface Coordination Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between various parties involved in construction projects. Your expertise in interface management will be crucial in identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interface activities between contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement interface management protocols for sub-contractors to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on interface issues and status across projects, providing regular updates to project managers and senior management.
  • Collaborate with project managers, team leaders, superintendents, and engineering professionals to ensure effective interface management.
  • Develop policies and procedures for team communication and safety risk mitigation.
  • Identify and mitigate interface-related risks and develop strategies for their resolution.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in construction industry and LTA projects.
  • Basic understanding of cyber security requirements.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems, including ELV, IBMS, and ISCS.
  • Working knowledge of various construction disciplines, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
