**RITUAL SPA - BEAUTY THERAPIST**

**OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION**:
Perform all facial services and treatment (using Jurlique and Comfortzone Skincare ) offered by RITUAL SPA. Always cultivating and maintaining a professional attitude. Responsible for providing and promoting spa treatments, customer satisfaction treatment service standards, hygiene and cleanliness and equipment maintenance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all company policies, service procedures and standards.
- Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level daily.
- Provide excellent customer service, facial services and protocols to all guests.
- At all times to be flexible, courteous, resourceful, and cheerful. To create an environment that is professional.
- Sell/promote facial packages and services, with aim to achieve personal and total Spa target
- Sell/promote homecare recommendations and products, with aim to achieve personal and total Spa target.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene as per the spa grooming standards.
- Providing spa beauty treatments in accordance with specific brands spa standards (Jurlique and Comfortzone Skincare)
- Inform Spa Team Leader of any guests’ complaints, concerns, equipment or supply issues.
- Communicate and develop good working relationships with the Spa team, and Dept store retail associates, members and repeat guests.
- Assist with special events/workshop and perform other duties as assigned by the company.
- Clean spa treatment room between clients and set up the treatment room for the next client, in accordance with spa standard set-up requirements.
- Maintain inventory products.
- Responsible for stocking supplies needed for cabinets (sheets, towels, blankets, refill oils, creams, and all products used by therapists while performing their treatments).
- Assist all other staff at times of need.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward guests, co-workers, Spa Team Leader, and company’s management.
- All other duties as required.

- Customer-first mindset, an understanding of premium brands, especially pertaining to natural, organic and biodynamic story-telling of Jurlique
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy

- Maintain confidentiality of guest information

**Qualifications**:

- Certified aesthetician license such as CIBTAC/ CIDESCO/ ITEC/ Other Beauty Certifications
- Trained and practice facials treatments and various facial therapies including use of beauty machines.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an aesthetician in a spa environment
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Good communications and interpersonal skills and good service attitude
