**Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST, RITUAL SPA**

Reports to: SPA TEAM LEAD

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The primary objective of a Customer Service Specialist is to support the various operational aspects of RITUAL SPA, provide service excellence, to build relationship with the customers and to ensure smooth daily operations with maximized appointment occupancy. Providing excellent, effective communication and administration services are the key to the overall success of the spa operations.

Activities include selling products, providing professional advice at the RITUAL SPA. This position will also involve as a supporting role in Beauty Workshops & Events.

**1/ Spa Operations - Customer service front desk**

Ø To ensure that RITUAL SPA is ready for opening

Ø Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Ø Manage customer records, and keep in contact with customers for their spa visits

Ø Schedule and manage appointments for spa treatments and services

Ø Provide information about spa services, treatments, and products

Ø Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Ø Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our treatments and products to regular customers and potential new customers.

Ø Assist customers in scheduling appointments, making changes to appointments, and providing reminders.

Ø Collaborate with the operation team to ensure customer queries are addressed.

Ø Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.

Ø Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Ø Calling of leads to book appointment and ensure appointment is turned up.

Ø Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Ø Stock Inventory Management (and track equipment and spa use supplies)

Ø Carrying out ad hoc tasks allocated by Management

**2/ Sales Administration**

Ø Consolidate month end stock reconciliation with stores for the brands in RITUAL SPA (Jurlique and Comfort Zone skincare). Ensure all stocks are reconciled and send the final report to office

Ø Manage Beautec (POS system) for purpose of assisting reporting to Team Lead

**Qualifications / Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Sales and promotion
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
