Software Technical Lead

**_On behalf of our client in the IT & Services Industry, the chamber of commerce is recruiting a Software Technical Lead_**

The Technical Lead oversees all technical aspects of the agency and connects with key stakeholders (customers, partners, communities) in Singapore to evaluate new IT opportunities and use them as an enabler for business growth.

They have a proven track record and have established relationships with Technology C-levels. They are customer-centric and have a relevant consulting background.

They devise and implement long-term strategies focused on both current and new technological expertise.

They support the internal upskilling on new technologies to enhance or develop new local services and products offerings.

They are an inspiring leader with a futuristic mindset and an ability to drive innovative enhancements in the organization. They are engaged in the tech communities and frequently contribute to the local ecosystem.

They are able to foresee connections across diverse areas (career management, sourcing/recruitment, sales, operations ) and influence the executive decisions.

**Activities Breakdown**

The Technical Lead contributes to the following activities:

- Meeting customers on a regular basis to help them define, design and architect their strategies and roadmaps (CIO, CTO, Head of IT levels)
- Evaluating technical skills requirements of applicants
- Onboarding new joiners
- Running recurring sessions with clients to get feedback on the performance of services rendered and provide technical leadership
- Following up on consultants careers
- Presenting the technology expertise during pre-sales meetings
- Overseeing the organization of community events (e.g. NightClazz...)
- Sharing of technology related content (e.g. blog, videos, community events )
- Organizing internal upskilling events (e.g. Speed Trainings, Technozaure )
- Co-steering local operations (e.g. recruitment, sales )
- Implementing global group strategies with the Technical Board of CTOs

**Preferred Skills**

The Technical Lead would preferably have or acquire the following:

- 7-10 Years in technology architecture, development, and consulting
- Great leadership skills
- Great communication and soft skills
- Good business mindset
- Understanding of delivery processes
- Architecture and system thinking basics
- Sufficiently broad tech knowledge to discuss with C-level peers in the market
