Engineering Leadership Opportunity

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled software engineers to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge healthtech solutions. Your expertise in technical engineering will enable you to work closely with various stakeholders, including product managers, designers, quality assurance, and commercial teams to drive business objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your technical acumen to lead engineering planning and sprint execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
  • Translate product and user requirements into clear technical specifications, sprint plans, and development tasks.
  • Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and deployment of software projects using agile methodologies.
  • Promote best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and version control.
  • Identify and resolve technical risks or challenges that could impact delivery timelines or product performance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in software engineering with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical background in full-stack software development and familiarity with modern development frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in agile environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
