Corecam Capital Partners is a Direct Investments Platform focused on Private Equity, Real Estate and Venture Capital. We target private investment opportunities alongside our investors and provide access to our proprietary deal sourcing. All investments are structured in-house by our team of investment professionals located in Singapore, Vienna, Zurich and Ho Chi Minh City.

Tasks
- Shaping global investment ideas through analysis of research & market trends
- Lead screening and due diligence of new investment opportunities
- Analysing financials, leading analysts and interns for financial modelling & valuation
- Negotiate terms with investment partners and prepare investor presentations
- Manage ongoing investments of the portfolio incl. reporting, consolidation and operational support (controlling, automation etc.)
- Tax and legal structuring of entities in various jurisdictions in Asia, Europe and the USA
- Manage different partners and service providers (lawyers, advisors, administrators)

**Requirements**:

- Master from a leading university, preferably in finance, business or economics
- Relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance advisory, consulting, asset management or real estate
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills & excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Complete fluency in English & excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a partially virtual environment in a team spread across the globe
- Self-starter who can work with low supervision and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
