Responsibilities:

- To handle full set of accounts
- Perform company billings
- Management reporting
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Closing of monthly accounts
- Assist with audit completion and handling auditor queries when required
- GST filing
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc
- Assist in annual budgeting, monitor cash flow
- Perform accounts payable function in preparation of payments to vendors and staff reimbursement.

- Perform any other administrative/accounting/ad hoc duties as assigned

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
