**Work Scope**:
General receptionist duties, which includes attending to phone calls and arrival of visitors to the Company’s office
Banking duties to ensure the cheques receipts of the Company are bank in on a timely basis
Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness of the Company’s office and setting up of the office premises for daily operations
Manage the billing process to ensure sales invoices are issued to the Company’s clients on a timely basis
Manage incoming and outgoing mails to ensure that these are received by the addressees on a timely basis
Maintain the filing system of the Company’s documents to ensure these documents are filed properly and on a timely basis
Data entry duties related to the accounting and administrative matters of the Company and its clients
Maintain the office supplies requirements of the Company which includes the procurement of these items on a need-to basis
Provide general clerical support to colleagues and management of the public accounting practice, of which the Company is part of, which includes scanning, printing and binding of documents
Work as a team member by sharing responsibilities, providing support and maintaining communication with colleagues on an effective and efficient basis
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
Assist in other ad-hoc administrative tasks of the public accounting practice, of which the Company is part of, on a “need to” basis
