[What the role is]

As a Senior Officer, your role is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

You should be able to conceptualise, promote and execute cutting edge programmes and activities for the development of students, particularly in the areas of Global Education Programme such as:
Collaborate with partners such as government agencies on funding for students participating in Global Education Programmes such as overseas exchange, overseas industrial attachment, overseas community service, and Youth Expedition Programmes

Work with the School Function Lead for planning on trips and liaise with overseas partners for the Global Education Programmes.

Administration of overseas programmes such as 1) procurement of air-tickets, accommodation, travel insurance and transportation in overseas; and 2) preparation of trip costing and statement and settlement of account

You may also be required to lead in overseas community service trip.

[What we are looking for]

You should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Good organisational and interpersonal skills would be necessary pre-requisites. Experience in organising overseas programmes and trips would be an asset, and must be proficient in MS Excel.
