Biological Water Treatment Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, plan and organise the water treatment system processing activities
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Manage Shift Teams for daily operation activities
- Ensure safe & smooth operation of systems & equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check on production output according to specifications
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Train and guide operators on safety protocol, work procedures & SOPs

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Diploma with 2+ yrs/ Nitec with 3+ yrs relevant work experience
- **Experienced in biological water treatment plant. (Eg: COD, BOD, MLSS etc..) is a must**:

- Process plant supervisory role will be advantageous
- Experience working in EHS and Permit-To-Work system Good in communication skills and building teamwork among members of diverse cultures
