The Interactive Learning Design Specialist is to work as a member of the learning content development team that helps to identify learning gaps and curriculum. The post holder is to implement learning and instructional design that improves learning experiences and achieve learning outcomes. In addition, the post holder will work with faculty and learning technologist to translate learning pedagogy digitally to enhance the school’s teaching and learning initiatives.

Key Reponsibilities:
- Produce high quality digital contents and videos for the school’s teaching and learning based on sound pedagogical principles.-
- Create engaging interactive learning graphics and illustrations based on content and pedagogical principles-
- Collaborate with content experts to enhance the learning experience of the learners when creating the digital content- Perform quality control check on the video clips and digital contents produced- Manage learning projects, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring quality of course deliverables- Perform technical evaluation of learning software- Design and develop learning solution through software programming and scripting

**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in designing and developing online courseware, interactive content development and video production-
- Experience in project management, technical development and implementation- Possess strong content writing ability, creativity, attention to detail and excellent proofing and editing skills- Experience in designing and developing digital learning resources- Experience in managing and overseeing video production, planning, recording and post-production- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Able to present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise well-organized manner to stakeholders

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
