- Negotiable Skills- Min 1-year Call Centre Experience
- Min 1-year International Client Service Exp (UK)
- Understanding of Information Security and General Data Protection Regulation
- Min 1-year Experience working in a Customer Service Environment
- Min 1-year experience working in a Business-to-Business Environment
- Min 1 year experience in lead generation
- Non Negotiable Skills- Matric or Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- Neutral Accent
- Fluency in English Language Communication
- Computer Literate
- Min 1-Year Experience Working in a Sales Environment
- Min 1-year experience working in an Insurance Environment
- Experience working in a KPA/target-driven environment
