It's an exciting time of growth for IFF and we’re inviting dedicated and passionate individuals to join us as **Greater Asia Sales Coordinator - Global Key Accounts** for our Nourish division, located in Nucleos, Singapore. This role will report to the Sales Coordinator Manager and will provide comprehensive & broad-based support to the Regional Key Account Managers in Greater Asia.

**Job description**

The Greater Asia Sales Coordinator - Global Key Accounts will be expected to become an integral component of the IFF Commercial team. This will include providing comprehensive administrative support, taking responsibility for regular client communication/ interface in all formats and promoting customer satisfaction.
The core tasks and key responsibilities include:

- Be a first point of contact for customers (internal and external) for commercial administrative matters, sampling, documentation, and existing business queries, both on a proactive and reactive basis.
- Work closely with key stakeholders such as GRA, QC, operations, supply chain and the relevant IFF production facilities to manage and see through to completion any actions relevant to the customer projects, requests, and inquiries.
- Coordinate communications between the external customer and IFF departments to ensure timely responses to questions and follow-up on actions.
- Correct, timely and accurate usage and maintenance of IFF and SAP systems according to the IFF business rules (e.g., pricing, customer master data, product submissions, etc.), ensuring data integrity.
- Help Regional Account Managers ensure that the SFT (Forecasting tool) relating to the relevant Customers is updated when required.
- Manage the sample request, price quotes and any other relevant topics.
- Ensure customer sampling, pricing & documents requests are managed and completed within the agreed timeframe.
- Organize internal and external conference calls and meetings when required. Assist with arranging and execution of IFF visits to client locations and vice versa.
- Support the Regional Account Managers by running SAP business reports related to sales and order intake, plus any subsequent commercial reviews or discussions.
- Assist Regional Account Managers with data collection & consolidation of data.
- Act as a back-up for the other sales coordinators in Singapore to ensure basic continuity of support for Account managers.

**Job Requirements**:
**Required Experience**
- A professional certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in sales service / commercial support / customer service or related position
- Experience with the use of SAP in a customer service and logistics environment preferred.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel etc.)
- Able to handle sensitive/confidential information.
