The Clinical Solutions Executive is responsible for building the value stream for testing beyond Laboratory that drives significant impact to the organization. You will be responsible for the entire SEA region and has the potential to showcase success and build your own team in the coming years.

This position is part of the Cepheid SEA Commercial Team and will be located in Singapore - Hybrid. At Cepheid, our vision is to ensure that every patient has access to the right treatment at the right time.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Conducts on-site customer engagements collecting information to generate case studies and quantifying the impact of the Cepheid value proposition. This includes preparing and presenting business case justifications demonstrating the economic opportunities to both the laboratory and to the facility as a whole.

Develops Customer Team of Champions inside and outside the Laboratory (e.g. Infection Prevention, Pharmacy, Nursing, ED and C-Suite)

Serves as key consultant for input and interpretation of issues that impact product performance, sales, quality, cost or reliability. Has primary responsibility for working with appropriate groups to resolve these issues as needed.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Clinical/Medical background with relevant experience

Proficient in communicating effectively about healthcare economic information and the downstream value of laboratory testing including the impact on patient, clinicians, staff, and facility.

Presents technical information in a concise manner and appropriately responds to questions from Employees, Executives, Executive Management, Vendors, or Customers.

Knowledge of common patient pathways and infection prevention practices related to hospital-acquired infections such as MRSA, C. difficile, and CRE

Knowledge of healthcare economics including value-based purchasing, quality metrics reporting and bundled payment programs.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
Working in Hospitals - Infectious disease Department

Engaged with clinicians in Emergency Room, Infection Control, Workflow management
