Position Summary

This individual is responsible for conceptualizing and developing marketing strategies and campaigns for all brands within The Bakery Depot Group. Brands include Cedele, Toss and Turn, Workspace Espresso

Scope of Work

**Branding and Conceptualization**
- Conceptualise and execute campaigns that strengthen brand positioning, increase brand presence and optimise brand experience, both online and offline
- Drive overall customer relationship management (CRM) and direct marketing activities.
- Ensure brand messages are consistent according to company’s philosophy and values.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to engage customer through social networking channels and online campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Work collaboratively with in-house or external design agencies to execute designs and creative contents
- Develops and execute effective member campaigns to build and maintain strong members’ loyalty

**Planning and Coordination**
- Plan yearly marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of marketing calendar, campaigns & promotions to drive customer traffic, sales & brand loyalty.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases and other marketing collaterals. This includes maintaining an excellent working relationship with media for PR coverage for key events
- Partnership with external stakeholders to explore future business collaborations and channels.
- Work closely with operations team to understand the customers’ needs & improve offerings to customers
- Lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing /Communication/Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar industry and role
- Team management experience essential
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Possess business acumen embraced with excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, partnered with positive attitude and high learning agility and is able to take on new challenges & responsibilities
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
