Our client is a market leader within the health and life insurance space. We are currently partnering them to look for an Account Manager in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct joint Employee Engagement briefings with the brokers at the client’s office (upon request) after a policy is renewed
- Responsible to manage the overall health insurance programs assigned which will include discussions/negotiation of rates on renewal proposition with underwriters
- Responsible in monitoring, managing insurance contracts and engaging strategic level of discussions internally and externally which will include analysis on profitability of accounts and managing of the renewal portfolio under care
- Reporting and monitoring of production numbers to regional account manager to ensure targets are met
- Liaison person with various departments to ensure that portfolio is managed well and requests are attended by supporting departments e.g. Claims and Policy Administration, Medical Board, Finance and Actuarial

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in business administration, sales, negotiation or customer relationship management
- Must be able to converse in English with good written skills in English. Ability to converse in other languages such as Bahasa Indonesia, French, Vietnamese, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an added advantage as you will be working closely with counterparts in France and across the SEA region.
- Good interpersonal skills, pro-active, patient, able to multi-task, good negotiator and must be client orientated
- Excellent attention to detail, organised & reliable
- Able to work under pressure and deliver task within deadlines
