一、岗位职责要求：

1、对接中国公司处理客户咨询、投诉及需求（通过电话、邮件或在线渠道）。

2、处理客户的新加坡公司注册、年审、报税、PE/DE申请等文件准备及提交工作。

3、负责公司的新加坡办公室接待客户及相关行政管理工作。

4、跟踪客户问题的处理进度，确保及时解决并反馈结果。

5、对接新加坡主管部门如新加坡商务注册局(ACRA)、税务局(IRAS)、新加坡人力部( MOM)。

6、熟悉新加坡当地法律法规（如隐私保护PDPA）及公司政策，确保合规操作。

7、担任客户之新加坡公司的新方董事。

二、任职要求

语言：流利英语和中文（书面与口语）

技能：熟练使用Office、CRM系统、基础数据分析。

素质：沟通能力强、耐心细致、抗压能力、团队协作。

教育：大专以上学历

职位类型：全职

薪资： $2,000.00至$2,500.00（每月 ）
