Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. As the Sr. Manager of Seller Governance, you will be leading a team consisting of policy managers, investigation ops and program managers to drive seller performance optimization, and design projects to ensure the balance between growth and sustainability of the platform in each market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, cultivate and provide guidance to team members and design career development opportunities for them
- Drive high quality BRD outputs and product safety and compliance research to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
- Drive programs to mitigate and launch enforcement strategies targeting problems ranging from illegal/prohibited listing, low category NPS, bad user rating, counterfeit, mis-placed listing and low quality listing information
- Manage and update category risk assessment of each local market
- Triage risk and benefits of opening of high risk categories and designing enforcement programs to ensure safety and monitor risks
- Building global product/listing governance related capability,mechanism,monitoring,service and support all regional teams achieve governance targets.

**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of global professional experience in consumer product safety, compliance or regulatory research fields; Expertise in food/toys/beauty quality operation or regulation policy is a plus
- At least 2 years of people management experience managing a size of 5 or more
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience acting as a program manager and collaborating with XFN teams to drive end results
- Demonstrated past success working in a matrix environment and ability to influence key stakeholders
- Understanding of product compliance environment or regulatory trends in any North American or South American market is a strong plus
