Are you passionate about making a positive impact on seniors and the community? At House of Joy (HOJ), we are looking for a dedicated **Programme Executive **who is enthusiastic, organized, and ready to create engaging experiences for our seniors. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that brings joy, companionship, and meaningful activities to the elderly

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage exciting programmes and events for our seniors, from scheduling to resource and logistics coordination.
- Oversee the entire event process, including registration, administration, and post-event evaluation.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure smooth and high-quality programme delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of programme participation and expenses for accountability and improvement.
- Organize outreach and visitation initiatives to engage more seniors in the community.
- Collaborate with the House of Joy Active Ageing Centre Cluster Manager and handle any additional tasks assigned.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A good diploma in social work, community development, gerontology, or related fields. with strong computing and communication skills.
- Conversational skills in Mandarin or dialects would be a great asset.
- A collaborative team player who can work well with others.
- Prior experience in eldercare, education, or the social sector is a plus.
- A cheerful, caring personality who truly enjoys the company of seniors.
