- Ensure CS activate technicians to attend the PestConnect related issue. Monitor the pestConnect status and perform on ground resolving when necessary after approval by Assistant Ops Excellence Manager.
- Provide training for the operation team on pestConnect.
- Perform testing on PestConnect devices.
- Ensuring operation team clocking TOS correctly, field attachment
- Generating the SDS report after specialized disinfection job.
- Attend other work duties as may be assigned from time to time by OD

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma
- Min 5 years in operation excellence / service excellence experience
- Posses good organization skills, meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
- Posses excellent spoken and written communication skills
