- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Singapore- Regional S&OP & Supply Chain planning Manager, is the Key resource in regional level S&OP and Supply chain (SC) Planning team, you will play an important role in shaping the future of Lazada Logistics Planning functions.
- This team provides Forecast, Capacity planning and campaign management competency to drive the Supply chain Planning excellence across the Lazada South East Asia logistics network.
- This Regional role is accountable for Driving the S&OP and supply chain planning with quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendation to support Integrated planning initiatives.- As an integral member of the S&OP and SC planning Function, building Regional and venture level Competency in Forecast, Capacity and Supply chain planning capability across the Lazada logistics network
- This role will drive the deployment of Target operating model, processes, tools, and training to improve Planning accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in the Regional S&OP processes.
- Create and develop structure to drive Analytical & Statistical deep dive on commercial forecasts, network capacity and Consensus based planning while partnering cross functional with Venture teams/departments and regional function.
- This position will influence key decision-making processes with ample opportunities for enterprise-wide impact, exposure, learning and development.
- Improve forecast and capacity planning accuracy through analytical and data driven root cause analysis and guide to improve planning metrics.
- Develop and drive an integrated supply chain planning processes that effectively support Lazada’s growing and dynamic business model.

- Track record in working with high performance teams with effective transition change management, communicating and working effectively across ventures.
- Recognized self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and seeks the challenge of winning in a rapidly changing Ecommerce marketplace across South east Asia.
- Pursues alternative solutions, works well in group problem solving situations, presents ideas and information in a compelling way. Solid analytical skills and solution-driven thinking, using intuition and experience to complement data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a decentralized organization, partnering closely with stakeholders, Lead senior level engagement, Commercial collaboration and Venture level partnerships
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of integrated supply chain / Logistics / Operations planning experience
- Master’s degree or Bachelor degree, preferred in Operations, Supply chain or Business management - analytical mindset
- Proven knowledge in Excel, good in Statistics, experience in BI tools.
- Experience managing within a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP) construct or Logistics planning.
- Proven track record of driving metric-based organizations and results
- Must be able to motivate team to work towards achieving targets/expectations
