**Accounts cum Human Resource Executive
**Description**:
- Responsible for simple full set of accounts
- Making sure the payments processed have necessary supporting and appropriate approval
according to the company policies
- Banking matters - cheque deposits, etc
- Petty cash and employee expense claim processing and payments
- Prepare monthly statement claims, GST and related bills.
- Process monthly payroll and overtime pay using OpenSoft payroll software
- Maintenance of Employee Personal file
- Processing, CPF submission staff leave management in system
- Assist in the appraisal process
- Submission of government and related claims, e.g. childcare leave, parental leave, NS claims, income
tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Renewal of Workmen Injury Insurance and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance
- Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc
- Manage foreign workers accommodation
- Manage employees training courses and work site passes
- Employee welfare and office management
- IT Hardware equipment management
- Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experiences in Admin/Accounts/HR functions.
- Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn & work independently
