[What the role is]

MANAGER/ DEPUTY/ ASSISTANT MANAGER, ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of a team that drives LTA’s transformation efforts to be a people-centred and future-ready organisation. Your role is to design and implement interventions to promote a collaborative and innovative organisational culture, and provide consultancy support to business units in their engagement, alignment, change management, and related transformation needs.

You will need to work both collaboratively and independently to seek out insights about the organisation and its people, build good networks internally and externally.

Specifically, you will have a chance to work as a team to:

- Collect data and deepen organisational health analytics
- Design and implement broad-based interventions related to engagement and change management
- Support specific interventions that Groups/Cross-Groups/Divisions might require such as design support for “alignment/visioning” workshops to promote coordination in teams/cross-teams
- Curate, plan and organise organisation-wide engagement platforms (e.g. Townhall)
- Design and implement initiatives for internal communications
- Curate, experiment and develop new OD tools and resources to support different workstreams

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline. Related discipline in organizational behaviour, psychology, and human resource will be an advantage.
- At least 3 years or more of relevant experience in the areas of organisation development, change management, employee engagement, culture building, strategy alignment, group/team development, organisational learning, design thinking, and so forth
- Ability to design and conduct interventions at different levels of the system, e.g. facilitating small group conversations, engaging senior leadership teams, and delivering large-group sessions
- Technical attributes: Able to think strategically and critically, keen learner with a good sense of self, excellent internal-personal and communication skills to interact with people across all levels of the hierarchy, team player, self-motivated with a positive attitude, and a strong interest to deepen your craft and practice in Organisation Development
- Having change management, organisation development (or related) certifications, and a working knowledge of data and analytics, will be an advantage
