**Role Overview**:
Build Built’s project managers (PMs) are the heart and conduit of the project. They will pivot between multiple internal and external parties to realise the project’s end result - a space built through relationships, good design and thorough planning.
They will ensure construction sequences are carried out in a safe and orderly fashion within built constraints of budget, timeline, authorities and design brief.
PMs are team players and leaders at the same time. Down to earth, they are armed with the resourcefulness and technical ability to bring ideas to life.
BB’s PMs must be creative problem solvers; they are always thinking out of the box, and having the forward vision and initiative to resolve any issue with client, or on site.
BB’s PM have excellent EQ and communication skills. They will need to build good rapport with fellow designers, builders, and customers, and instil confidence in the team.
There will be an expectation, but not emphasis, to assist to generate leads and to invest in Build Built through side projects and assignments given by the company.
**Objectives & Responsibilities**:
- Able to communicate clearly with builders and clients with confidence.
- Able to produce a bill of quotation from confirmed designs, and handle other budgetary matters pertaining to the project
- Able to collaborate with designers on site build-ability.
- Able to understand construction methods, plan sequences and comprehend material properties.
- Able to plan and strategise for projects ahead of time.
- Able to respect the given constraints and limitations of a project.
- Able to understand and sketch design/construction ideas/solutions.
