**Job Description**:
As SAP Process Excellence expert and project manager, you will identify the areas of process improvement and drive the topic as project management, along with supporting the S/4 Rollout and other regional SAP projects. You will:
- Discuss with Business, customers and identify the pain points and provide solutions.
- Conduct workshops and continuously improve the Business processes.
- You will also be required to handle S/4 Rollout projects and other digital projects independently as and when require.
- Take up role of a functional consultant, especially Order-to-cash and Logistics, as and when require.
- Keep close track on Project deliveries and ensure proper communication to stakeholders and management on the project progress and risks.
- Provide dashboard and KPIs to measure the process deviations.
- Building reports with Celonis, Power-BI etc. for continuous process improvement
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Business Administration, IT or similar.
- Minimum 8 years of Experience in consulting and SAP Project management.
- Expertise in order-to-cash and Logistics process chain.
- Strong knowledge in Data analytics tool by Power-Bi, Red-Lake and Celonis.
- Knowledge about new digital trends & motivation to learn.
- Good project management skills with experience in PM Tools.
- Strong team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments.
- Willingness to work with cross functional teams in an international environment.
- Strong presentation and coordination skill.
- Very good language skills in English.
- Key strength require for this role is to identify the Process improvement areas and execution of the improvement.
**Additional Skills**:
- An in-depth understanding of SAP business solutions as a Project Manager and with good communication skills and stake holder management from multiple regions.
- Overall integration knowledge with SAP Modules e.g., Finance, Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Quality Management, Procurement and Sales
- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
- Experience of collaborating with the team working from multiple locations/regions
- Shelf-driven and able to drive topics on their own.
