**What you'll be doing**
- Gather finance requirement in new business development whenever necessary especially with new technical development is involved.
- Manage project timelines and milestones for initiatives involving finance systems
- Maintain documentation of finance systems configurations, integration designs, SIT/UAT logs for new development, etc.
- Master of the finance systems modules and able to provide immediate support pertaining to users' issues.
- Conduct user training (or retraining) to encourage users to maximize the functionalities of the finance systems and nurture them into finance system experts.
- Provide level 1 and 2 support by monitoring and troubleshooting finance systems issues, liaising with upstream systems owners to identify root cause of issues, etc.
- Facilitate level 3 support by escalating critical issues to service provider and pushing for issue resolution.
- Work closely with the finance team to understand their daily operations to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies via automation, deployment of new systems features, etc.
- Proactively driving operational efficiencies and introduce scalability initiatives by looking out for optimization opportunities in integration points

**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting/ finance/ information systems/ business analytics/ computer science or related discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, IT/ ERP/ systems support or project management experience preferred.
- Good understanding of finance related business functions, such as Accounting and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
- Data analytics skills (e.g., SQL, experience in using Business Intelligence or reporting tools) or strong in Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, driving to do things the right way with ability to prioritize/triage constantly evolving user needs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite will be advantageous.
