About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ERP Specialist to join our team in a key support role.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system solutions, handling certain ERP customisations without going into full-scale development.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for ERP related queries, providing first & second-line support to business users. This also involves partnering with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose solutions within Business Central.

A strong understanding of ERP processes in finance, supply chain, or operations is essential, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both functional and light technical aspects of Business Central, working on a major ERP upgrade project that will shape the company's future operations.

Requirements
  • 4–5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central in a support, analyst, or technofunctional role
  • Exposure to ERP upgrade or implementation projects, ideally NAV to BC
  • Ability to configure and lightly customise the system to meet business requirements
  • Solid understanding of ERP processes in finance, supply chain, or operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with end-users and translate functional needs into system solutions
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI or Excel) is a plus
