JR32330 Test Process Engineer

TEST PROCESS ENGINEER,
- Yield monitoring and improving Test Module engineering, providing value-add engineering solutions and driving continuous improvement projects.
- Provide support in Module test proliferation, NPI and qualification phases to production HVM release.
- Identify issues related to process area and demonstrated data analysis and analytical problem solving skills (RCCA)
- Enhance manufacturing process by establish the operation specification, control plan, FMEA, work station procedure (SOP) and data analysis.
- Provide test engineering analysis on yield improvement, retest rate and test time in improvement for production ramp up.
- Test and validate engineering samples, RMA and provide engineering report.
- Process owner SMT6 (ATE tester) - support internal audit, qualification audit and customer audit
